The Loving Parent Guidebook, was released in fellowship review mode in 2021. “The Solution” of the Adult Children of Alcoholics / Dysfunctional Families (ACA and ACOA) program is to become one’s own loving parent. The Loving Parent Guidebook explores, in practical terms, how to build this healing resource into one’s life. Written by anonymous volunteers, the book provides guidance on creating the conditions to reclaim one’s inner child and reparent oneself with gentleness, humor, love, and respect.
